Sunnita Blount, Esq. is a Sports, Entertainment, and Business Attorney committed to delivering strategic, high impact legal solutions to clients across the modern sports and entertainment landscape. She is known for helping athletes, creatives, and entrepreneurs focus on their talent while she ensures their brands, intellectual property, and business interests are properly protected.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Attorney Blount now calls Atlanta, Georgia home. Her dedication to service extends beyond her legal practice. She remains deeply committed to community engagement and regularly participates in volunteer initiatives that support underserved communities.
Attorney Blount is the Founder of Knowledge Income Level Up – The Name Game, an online NIL and brand education program designed to help athletes, parents, coaches, and organizations understand how to build, protect, and monetize brand value in today’s evolving marketplace. She is also the Co-Owner of Midita Consulting Group, a brand consulting firm that provides strategic positioning and commercialization support for athletes, entertainers, and businesses.
In academia, she serves as a Professor at Clark University, where she teaches and mentors the next generation of sports and entertainment professionals. Her thought leadership in the NIL space includes a published contribution through Johns Hopkins University, further solidifying her role as an emerging authority in athlete brand education and NIL strategy. She was also selected as a Featured Panelist for the 2026 National Minority Football Coaches Conference, where she speaks on NIL, branding, and athlete protection.
